How do I submit for reimbursement?Contact your health insurance company and ask them, "what are my out-of-network physical therapy benefits?" Using your HSA/FSA accountIf you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account it is possible to apply the funds in those accounts towards payment for services provided at Kinetic Physical Therapy. Those funds can be applied whether you plan on trying to be reimbursed or not.

If you are not sure, call the number on your health insurance card and ask, "what are my out-of-network physical therapy benefits."

What is a superbill?A superbill is a fancy word for a standard invoice that also includes special codes used by physical therapists to notate what treatments/exercises were completed during the time of your appointment. The superbill can then be submitted to your health insurance company for reimbursement of services received at Kinetic Physical Therapy.

Sports Performance TrainingSports performance training is for athletes looking to dominate in their respective sport. A comprehensive wellness assessment is completed to identify areas of improvement in the athlete. Your therapist will then help you plan your goals for the future and what you want to achieve in your sport. A training program will then be designed to accomplish these goals! Your physical therapist might not know your sport as well as you do, but they will understand how to make you faster, stronger, and a better all around athlete to help you excel at that sport!

Ergonomic Workstation AssessmentsKinetic Physical Therapy comes to you to conduct a workstation assessment and advise you on any possible modifications that can be made to your workstation to make you more ergonomically fit. This can include chair, desk, monitor, keyboard/mouse, and accessory modifications. This can also include posture education for you at your workstation. All information collected, any education given, and advise/modification to equipment will be provided in a document that is sent to you after the assessment is completed. Workstation assessments can be booked by an individual, or a company can reach out to have all employees assessed. If you are a company looking to pursue better ergonomics in the workplace and limit future injuries, please contact Kinetic Physical Therapy to organize a block of time to conduct the workstation assessments.

Preventative WellnessPreventative wellness is geared for the person who is not injured, but feels like they could be healthier. Someone who doesn't know the next steps they should be taking to live a healthier lifestyle. This can be the person who is looking to get up off the couch and run a marathon, someone who can't golf all 18 holes anymore and still wants to, someone that is looking to join a gym but doesn't know how or what to use to improve themselves, this could also be the person looking to be able to spend more time cheering their grandkids on in sports without becoming tired too quickly. A comprehensive wellness assessment will be completed where your physical therapist will help you design a training program that revolves around you and the goals you want to achieve. You will be given everything you need to achieve these goals and how to do it. Then once a week you will book a weekly check-in appointment with your physical therapist that will be done via telehealth calls to discuss everything going on in that week. Weekly check-ins are where you can voice your concerns that an exercise is too difficult or has become too difficult. Your physical therapist will help modify or redesign the program using our expertise and send you out for another week to continue improving yourself!
