Free 30-Minute Discovery Visit
Unsure if Kinetic Physical Therapy is for you? Book a complimentary 30-minute visit with a physical therapist at Kinetic Physical Therapy to see if you would be a good candidate to receive physical therapy. During this visit you can discuss possible reasons for seeking out physical therapy. Your physical therapist will provide education on whether or not physical therapy is right for you.
Wellness Programming
All existing Kinetic PT patients are elgible for the Wellness Programming upon discharge from PT, or by completing an initial Comprehensive Wellness Assessment. The Comprehensive Wellness Assessment can be completed in-person or via Telehealth. Your physical therapist will develop an exercise plan based on your goals and aspirations discussed during the assessment. You will then have an initial list of exercises to get you down the right path to improving your health. By being a Wellness Member you receive unlimited exercise programming and continuous support from your PT to help you achieve those goals! Wellness membership gives you access to optional tele-health/in-person check-ins where you can receive demonstrations and discuss new exercises or existing exercises to greater depth.
Comprehensive wellness assessment: $200 for 90 minute assessment.
Wellness Membership: $200 a month
Optional Check-ins: $50 for a 30 minute visit. (Telehealth or in-person)
Sports Performance Training
Let us help elevate you to the next level of peak physical performance. Here at Kinetic PT we know what it means to be an athlete and how to train to be your best whether it be on the field, court, rink, or floor. 90 minute comprehensive wellness assessment then bi-weekly follow-up sessions will be scheduled using a monthly membership format.
Comprehensive Wellness Assessment: $200 per 90 minute session.
Additional training sessions: $150 per 60 minute session.
Ergonomic Workstation Assessments
Kinetic PT ergonomic experts offers onsite workplace evaluations, including home office set-ups as well. Appointments take 60-90 minutes with a follow-up evaluation form completed addressing possible fixes that can be made to your workplace station to better improve your workplace environment.
Individual workstation assessment (at-home or in-office): $250

Dry Needling
Trigger point dry-needling utilizes extremely thin needles that are placed along stress points or myofascial adhesions in the problem areas of the injury to help provide relief and relaxation. An initial evaluation is required to confirm that dry needling is the right approach to help you.
Initial Evaluation: $150 per 60 minute session.
Dry needling treatment: $80 per 30 minute session.
Physical Therapy Services
60 minute, one-on-one session with your physical therapist who will complete an initial evaluation, formulate a set of goals together, and help you achieve those goals.
Initial evaluations and all subsequent follow-up visits: $150 per a 60 minute session.
Worker’s Compensation
Worker's compensation rehabilitation is available to those who have suffered a work related injury. All appointments are set for 60 minutes, and include one-on-one treatments with your therapist. A thorough evaluation, goal planning, and follow-up care will be initiated to get you back to work.
